Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) is set to join a pre-season tournament in Enugu, starting Thursday, August 1, 2024.
The announcement was made by the club’s media officer, Tosin Omojola.
This comes as the team, led by Gbenga Ogunbote, is also participating in a current pre-season event in Ikenne.
The tournament will feature notable teams including Rangers, Enyimba, Kano Pillars, and Remo Stars.
International clubs such as FC Kalon from Sierra Leone, Cotton FC from Benin Republic, Kenya’s Gor Mahia, and Brazil’s Corinthians are also slated to compete.
