The Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Kamorudeen Mudashiru, has congratulated the Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, on the occasion of his 58th birthday.
In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen, Hon. Kamorudeen described Governor Makinde as a visionary and people-oriented leader whose style of governance has continued to positively impact lives across Oyo State and beyond.
According to him, the governor’s commitment to inclusive development and grassroots transformation has led to improved infrastructure, increased economic activities, and better living conditions for residents, particularly in rural communities.
“On behalf of the good people of Lagelu Local Government, I join millions of Oyo indigenes and residents in celebrating His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on his 58th birthday and wishing him a merry Christmas,” the chairman stated.
He noted that the governor’s leadership philosophy demonstrates that meaningful progress is reflected not only in policies but in tangible improvements in the lives of ordinary citizens.
Hon. Kamorudeen also used the opportunity to celebrate his daughter, Abiodun Oluwaseyifunmi, who shares the same birthday with the governor, as she marks her third birthday.
He described her as “adorable and precious,” praying for her continued growth in good health, wisdom, and grace as she celebrates the milestone.
The Lagelu LG boss further commended Governor Makinde for promoting unity, accountability, and hope in governance, while praying for renewed strength, sound health, and greater accomplishments for the governor in the coming year for the continued development of Oyo State.
