At last. Senate Passes 2018 Budget.

The National Assembly has today Wednesday 16th of May 2018 passed the 2018 Appropriation Bill.
The bill which has been with the National Assembly since Nov. 2017 was passed after consideration and adoption of the report of the Joint National Assembly Committee on Appropriation at an extended plenary on Wednesday. The report was laid before the house on Tuesday 15th May 2018.
The budget passed has an increment of 500 billion, raising the initial federal Government estimation from 8.612 trn to an estimate of 9.12 trn.
